Crystal is a licensed massage therapist and dedicated holistic wellness practitioner who opened her private practice in 2018. With a specialized focus on neuromuscular therapy, she offers a comprehensive and intuitive approach to bodywork that integrates both clinical precision and compassionate care.
Her massage services include a range of therapeutic modalities such as Swedish massage, trigger point therapy, deep tissue massage, hot stone massage, prenatal massage, and reflexology. Each session is thoughtfully tailored to meet the individual needs of her clients, promoting healing, relaxation, and long-term well-being.
In addition to her bodywork practice, Crystal is a certified yoga teacher deeply passionate about the intersection of movement, mindfulness, and psychological healing. Her interest in somatic work as a pathway to emotional and spiritual integration informs both her hands-on therapy and her yoga teaching.
Currently, she is pursuing a Master’s degree in the Religious Studies of Yoga at Naropa University, further enriching her understanding of yoga's philosophical, and spiritual foundations. Her work is rooted in a deep respect for the body-mind connection and a commitment to supporting clients on their journey toward greater balance, awareness, and vitality.

Specializing in Swedish and deep tissue massage, and trigger point therapy, Abagael integrates a personalized approach by using a range of pressure techniques tailored to meet individual needs, whether for relaxation, stress relief, or targeted therapeutic treatment.

Rebeccah
Rebeccah is a licensed massage therapist committed to helping clients achieve lasting relief from pain and tension through targeted and compassionate bodywork. Specializing in Trigger Point Therapy, Swedish Massage, and Deep Tissue Massage, Rebeccah tailors each session to meet the unique needs of every individual, whether they are managing chronic pain, recovering from an injury, or simply seeking relaxation and balance.
With an approach grounded in both science and intuition, Rebeccah uses Trigger Point Therapy to address the root causes of muscular discomfort, effectively releasing knots and improving mobility. Swedish Massage techniques are employed to encourage deep relaxation and enhance circulation, making them ideal for stress relief and overall well-being. When more intensive work is required, Deep Tissue Massage is integrated to break down adhesions and restore optimal muscle function.
